Automating ICP Company Table with Software Tracking and Updates

I would like to create a table in which i put all my icp companies Add a collumn with software used from built with I would then periodically rerun this collumn to check for changes I would like to automate that the text 'hit' appears in a collumn when the value of the job is not the same as last time.
