Aligning and Mapping Data in Clay: How to Match Email Addresses and Import into Existing Tables

is there a way to align data in Clay. For example, if i have two tables and i want to push info from one table to another, but need it to match the email address to find the correct row.. is this possible? Also, if i'm importing data to an existing table, can i autoalign via some mapping scheme?
