Troubleshooting ChatGPT Hallucinations with LinkedIn Education Prompts

Hi folks, I find the chatgpt keep hallucinating despite in the prompt, I have specifically mention "The message should include a reference to a tradition, landmark, or fact about the school the recipient attended, as found in [LinkedIn Profile]" It shows incorrect school pretty much random school, so I add "Ensure it is indeed universities they listed in the educational section of their LinkedIn profile.
