Export Issues on HubSpot and Google Sheets: Possible Credit Impact?

Hello team! I am trying with no success to export a list and both on hubspot and google sheet is taking way too long although no errors are flagged. I finished my credit. Could it be a reason why it is happening?

    Hi Marianna! The delay could be due to Google Sheets’ rate limits, especially for larger exports, but running out of credits wouldn’t cause this slowdown. Could you send us the table URL so we can take a closer look? Let us know, and we’ll help troubleshoot!

    Hi Marianna, thanks for reaching out! I just looked at your table and it appears you're getting a Missing Input error because the Google sheet you're looking to use is private. Please edit your sharing settings here to be public with edit access and then finish setting up your Google Sheets enrichment with the Lookup column and value in Google sheet. This should solve your issue!

    Hey Marianna, thanks for reaching out! This issue is happening because the Google Sheet is completely empty. Without any headers, Clay doesn't know what information to send or where to map it. Recorded a quick video about this here:Loom Video Try adding headers in the Google Sheet for the data points you'd like to map, and let me know it goes! :)
