Creating a Date Field Without Time: Simple Solutions

I was trying to do something simple. Is there a way to have a date field without the time?

This is Engagement Start Date. Here's how it looks, and I couldn't find a way to change the Date format like Airtable

You can add a new formula column and have it return only the date from this columb

I see an issue there. You then need to change the field to 'TEXT', and my other formula field breaks if I write a formula on the TEXT field reference

What I'm looking for is Engagement Start: [date] Next Invoice: [calculate date] Due On: [calculate date as 7 days from {Next Invoice}]
