Hey team! When I'm trying to add enrichment for work emails Im having this error. " Table 't_6nkkGVXpdmF7' cannot create new attribute due to column limit " any idea in how to solve this?
This error occurs because there is a 30-column limit specifically for enrichment (action) columns per table, even if you're under the overall 72-column table limit. To resolve this, you'll need to delete any completed enrichment columns after you've retrieved and saved the data elsewhere. This will free up space to create new enrichment columns.
I ran this and took my credits, but with that error. Is there a way I can get them back?
Different providers have different policies regarding refunds for unsuccessful queries. While some providers will refund credits for invalid data, a column limit error is considered a technical limitation rather than an invalid data response.If a provider charges us for an API call, those credits will be charged to your account, regardless of whether the enrichment was successful or not. Credits are only refunded when a provider specifically refunds us due to their inability to deliver valid data.To avoid this issue in the future, we recommend testing your enrichments on a small sample of rows first and ensuring you're within the column limits before running larger enrichments.
