When using AI, I'm having an issue recently where a considerable percentage of prompt responses are mentioning errors or not being able to perform due hitting credit budgets. If I change the model or increase the budget the same error happens just indicating a higher credit spend. I have ran identical prompts (for analysis and respective messaging generation) with the same model (Claude 4.5 Sonnet) in the past and have not experienced this huge amount of errors. Is there a way to avoid this issue? As example, in a sample table of 80 rows, I've got 31 with errors. Thanks
Hey Fernanda! Thanks for reaching out. Is the table you referencing to this one here? If so, it looks like the AI columns ended up loading successfully. In the future, if you still experience problems after increasing the budget:
Clear your browser cache and refresh the page
Double-check that you clicked "Save" after making the change
Click into the specific error cell to see if there are additional details
The Claude Sonnet 4.5 model typically requires more credits per request than older models, which is why the default 1.5 credit budget is insufficient. Let me know if you have any other questions!
