New to Clay: Unable to Login - Requesting Help

Hi- I'm new to Clay and despite having been set up with an account, keep getting an 'unable to login' error. Is anyone able to help at all?

    There are a few steps you can try to resolve the 'unable to login' error: 1. First, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. This can often resolve persistent error messages. 2. If that doesn't work, it's possible you might be using the wrong login method. If you've been trying to log in with a password, you might actually be set up to use Google Authentication instead. 3. Try logging in using Google Authentication. If this works, it means your account is set up for Google sign-in rather than password login. If you're still unable to log in after trying these steps, you'll need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help.
