Integrating Loxo with Clay: API vs Webhook Solutions

Hi guys! I need help in getting data from Loxo into our Clay table to trigger an automated search. So when a new job is posted in Loxo system, it also gets added into the clay table and from there it trigger a find people search, Is there a workaround for this or has anyone built something similar that can help me. Is it better to do it through HTTP API or through a Webhook?
