Filtering Companies Without Headquarters in Specific Countries - Best Approach

Hey, I want to find companies that do not have headquarters in specific countries and have employees there. finding the workers is easy, but finding out if they have headquarters in the same region is complex. In your experience, what is the best approach I can use to do these filters?
