Can someone check to see why contacts are not getting added to smartlead?
There are several common reasons why contacts might not be getting added to SmartLead: 1. Duplicate protection: If "Allow Duplicates" is turned off in your SmartLead settings, the system won't add or update duplicate leads. 2. Blocked leads: If the leads are already blocked in your account, they won't be processed. 3. Account limit reached: You may have hit your account's lead limit. No new leads can be added until limits are increased or adjusted. 4. Duplicate check settings: Make sure you've enabled the "Allow Duplicate Leads Across Campaigns" setting in your SmartLead account if you want to manage duplicates manually.
