Hello, I accidentally deleted the row used for my find people enrichment, can you please add it back in? Here's the table link: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/223158/workbooks/wb_4f7thkCb56p5/tables/t_K8NJh7uv5iPu/views/gv_ABRnAK5UuT7E P.S. ~ Can you link the column name "Domain" to the search for the find people enrichments
💤 You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hi Dwayne! Ahhh, I’m so, so sorry. I wish I had better news for you, but there’s nothing we can do yet. The reason is that we don’t hold the data; it’s just being “parked” here. So when the data is deleted or removed, there’s not much we can do other than calling it back from a provider or CSV. I know the team has been discussing that capability, and it might come soon, but for now, there’s nothing I can do. How many credits were spent? re linking column name: Can you provide more details? I see you already have a new table with people that was created with people search. Happy to help you set this up properly.
Hey Daniel K., no credits were spent on this, I mistyped my message, all I want to do is link my current table to the find people one in my workbook, so all I’d want to do is add the “Domain” column value as the source for the fine people enrichment. The reason why is because I have complex formulas that are already embedded in my find people table and I don’t want to rebuild the table again
Hey there Dwayne thanks for reaching out, jumping in for Daniel here, in this instance you can use a Lookup Multiple Rows in other Table integration to connect the two tables if they happen to have a similar data point to match between both tables, for example an company domain or Name. The following loom can help explain how to set this up and use in a table: https://www.loom.com/share/72f4e67e20424ba7a784ca9a5056f1a9
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
