How do you guys handle this? When a company has multiple locations, and just one website, but you need contacts from each location. How do you manage this when you have hundreds of companies that are like this in one big list? I don't want to duplicate search efforts (obviously), and I don't want to skip lots of locations in the search because that reduces the list size.
💤 You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey there Joseph thanks for reaching out, could you post a link to the table where you are seeing this so that we can take a look. One thing to note is that when you creating the people search you make sure there are no filters entered in for Locations, that would restrict the search area for a People search. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1225199874/9487e9f21f0daeda49a6b5a201e4/image.png?expires=1729628100&signature=608b7633a47c3a23fe33fc1c401f8e7d8a1b588c2c38931b19cd9878a445179a&req=dSIlE8h3lIlYXfMW1HO4zVGFkPlXMN5Wvymi7JYAqe4rhYci0giNRJ5ni0lG%0A4oPj%0A
Hey there! Could you share a bit more about your specific goal for these contacts? It would help us offer more tailored advice. Typically, you’d input the locations you want to focus on (like the US, Canada, Europe) and then score the leads based on which location best fits your needs. Here’s a guide that explains how to do this efficiently: Loom video. From there, you can prioritize contacts without duplicating efforts or missing important locations. Let me know if that helps or if you need further details! 😊
