Troubleshooting HubSpot Lookup Property Issues

Hey, I am trying to run a lookup to HubSpot. I successfully did this previously see first screenshot. trying it today, and its not allowing me to select the property I want to lookup in the current table, see second screenshot. Am I missing something?
