Hi there, when i selected the find email waterfall columns to delete, ALL the columns were deleted instead and now I have lost my whole table. Could I get some help recovering the columns, rules, etc.? It's less important if the data can be recovered because i think that's not possible. Thanks! https://app.clay.com/workspaces/308568/tables/t_vufgmF2GgQ2r/views/gv_XYbzNYi9PVgS
💤 You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Would appreciate any help, thank you!
Hi Yan, thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re encountering. Just to clarify, did all the columns in the table get deleted, even though you only selected the 5-10 email waterfall columns? Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to recover the deleted columns. When you delete a row or a column, this toast will appear on the bottom right portion of your screen - you should have been able to undo your deletion here: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1207667815/de959ba5097beb34c8dd6c141c41/CleanShot+2024-10-07+at+13_09_53%402x.png?expires=1728323100&signature=5618327f9c366fe1d8b455834b3f3f7ac3e912be01be3cb1e32160dc7911c08e&req=dSInEc94moleXPMW1HO4zUvwWDHFIvsLLoIcjPBWgC0gwvzq60Sg3Lviy0LO%0As4UN%0A Looking forward to your reply! :)
I would provide more information on this bug if I could because it was such a major catastrophe. Do let me know if there's any way i can share more info. I suppose there's nothing you can do about the table but I ran about 20K rows of Linkedin Enrich, and claygent, which i think took about 30K+ credits. Would you be able to credit those back so i can rebuild the table please?
Hey Yan! Thanks for reaching out 😊. After reviewing our backend systems, I can confirm that your account was only charged for 14 credits on the 'Personalize Cold Emails' table. Given the high amount of credit usage, I’ve broken down where all of the credits were spent since last renewal. A total of 38.47k credits were used across the following tables, which explains the significant decrease in your account's credit balance. You can prevent accidental column runs by turning off Auto-Update either for the entire table or for individual columns. This will help reduce the chance of accidental runs! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1208747031/a9350c399098a119a12d73adefe4/CleanShot+2024-10-08+at+09_16_28.png?expires=1728395100&signature=892886b1b912f4fb60aa39fc3759598d59c37998c38f56497931b0e9baee08f8&req=dSInHs56moFcWPMW1HO4zTV%2FPnb%2FctN8VuM9bsgTaC499WU20pCS1WkqQx3N%0AVn6N%0A
Hey Yan, just following up to let you know we were able to restore the columns that were deleted yesterday in the table, so you won’t need to rebuild it from scratch! Hope this helps!
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
Of course!! Don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions!
