Issues Setting Up Signals Feature: Error Troubleshooting Needed

Is something up with the signals feature at the moment? Been trying to get it setup across a couple different signals and get this error everytime.

Hey Dulan Perera yeah, that error usually pops up when the signal config is missing a required input or there's an issue with the query structure (especially for job change or funding signals) mind sharing which specific signal you're setting up + the inputs you used?

Dulan Perera, If you're getting errors with Signals, it might be due to: A misconfigured trigger (e.g. missing domain or invalid input) The signal source not returning data (e.g. no recent job posts or news) Temporary backend issues on Clay's side Try refreshing or tweaking the input if it still fails, ping support.

To troubleshoot: • Check that all required fields are filled in your signal configuration • Verify your source settings - some sources require account connections while others use our provided accounts • Ensure your trigger conditions (like domain or input parameters) are properly configured If you're still experiencing issues, try refreshing and reconfiguring the signal inputs. You might also be experiencing temporary front-end performance issues - clearing your cache and refreshing can help resolve display problems.
