Have an issue with findymail. I always get this error “Could not verify the Findymail API key. Please check the key and try again.” Key is working and 1700 Credits left
This error typically indicates an issue with how the API key is entered rather than with the credits or key validity. Here's how to resolve it: 1. Double-check that you've copied the entire API key exactly, as even a single missing character can trigger this error. 2. Make sure you're on a paid plan (Starter, Explorer, or Pro), as using your own Findymail API key is not accessible on the free plan. 3. Try re-entering your API key in the enrichment panel when selecting your account. If you need to find your Findymail API key again, you can follow the instructions in Findymail's documentation at https://app.findymail.com/docs/. Is that what you were looking for?
I already created a new API key and the new one also not working
And the key worded before. Didn’t change anything
Since you're experiencing issues even with a new API key, here are the key points to verify: 1. Confirm you're on a paid Clay plan (Starter, Explorer, or Pro), as using your own Findymail API key is not available on the free plan. 2. When entering the API key: • Make sure you've copied the entire key exactly • Double-check for any accidental spaces or missing characters • Re-enter the key carefully in the enrichment panel when selecting your accountIf you've verified these steps and are still experiencing issues, please ask for a human agent to help troubleshoot your specific case.
