Hi all, curious if someone can help me understand why the "company table data" column seems to be broken on my people table? Seems like the link between Find Companies Table and Find People has broken? Yesterday the workbook went like Find Companies > Find Companies Table > Find People > Find People Table. Now they are side by side instead of linear, curious if this caused the break? Curious why I'm getting the "missing input" cell value.
The "missing input" errors in your Company Table Data column happen when the link between your tables breaks or when there's missing data needed for the lookup.
To fix this, you need to rerun the company lookup column in your people table. Clay automatically links Find Companies and Find People tables, but when you add new data or the connection breaks, you have to manually refresh it. [1]
Here's how to fix it:
Go to your people table
Find the "Company Table Data" column
Rerun that entire column to sync the updated information
The workflow layout change (from linear to side-by-side) shouldn't affect functionality, but the lookup column needs to be refreshed whenever there are changes to pull the company data properly into your people table. [2]

I've re-ran the column and nothing is changing
Since rerunning didn't work, try deleting the "Company Table Data" column completely and creating a fresh one.
The "missing input" errors usually happen when there are invalid or null domains in your company data that prevent the lookup from working properly.
You can also click into the specific cells showing "missing input" to see more details about what's causing the error. After recreating the column, make sure to re-map your data properly to establish the connection between tables.

How do I recreate the column and make sure its linked properly?
If you still need help resolving the "missing input" issue in your Company Table Data column, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’ve tried or any other errors you’re encountering?
Here's how to recreate the Company Table Data column properly:
Delete the broken column first, then recreate it:
Go to Actions > Find people at these companies
Under "Companies" section, select your Find Companies table
For "Column", choose your company's domain or LinkedIn URL column
Set your people search filters
Click Import and Save to new table
This automatically creates the proper link between tables.
Key point: Clay automatically links Find Companies and Find People tables when you use the "Find people at these companies" action. The Company Table Data column gets created during this process and pulls company attributes into your people table. [1]
If you add new company data later, remember to rerun the lookup column to sync updated information. [2]
