hey team, i am not able to see my rollover credits, how do i fix that? please advise. I should be getting more than 9k credits due to rollover
Let me explain how credit rollovers work to help you understand what you should be seeing:For monthly subscriptions, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account, but there's an important limit to note: The accumulation is capped at 2x your monthly credit limit based on your current plan.For example, if your plan provides 50,000 credits per month, the maximum number of credits you can accumulate through rollovers would be 100,000.If you have an annual subscription, the system works differently - you receive all your credits upfront and can use them however and whenever you'd like throughout the year.If you believe there's still an issue with your credit balance, please email us at support@clay.com for assistance. If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever youโd like.
