Hi there, It has been 30 minutes and I am still waiting for some cells be enriched in this table. I see ‘queued’ across multiple rows/various integrations. Any idea what’s going on? Many thanks! 🙏
When cells are stuck on "queued" status, try a hard refresh first: - Mac: Cmd + Shift + R - Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R If the hard refresh doesn't work and the Stop Update button isn't active, the columns are likely stuck. Click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset and get things moving. This "queued" issue often happens when columns are changed multiple times, updated, or runs are stopped midway. Performance can also be affected with larger tables or multiple actions running simultaneously.
Hi Igor! I can jump in here and take a look.
Hi Igor, I went into your table, and I was able to run the first row in the waterfall. It could be that your table is turned off. Try running the second row, and this should pop up.
Let me know if you need additional help and if this works!
Sorry, but it doesn’t work for me
The enrich company column has been stuck for some time
Yet, for this table the ‘auto-update’ is turned on. Hence, I doubt you’ve stated the correct reason
Thanks for the followup! To clarify, you are trying to run the find phone numbers waterfall?
Thank you so much for your patience!
I have included two screenshots - the ‘queued’ issue applies to both
For the waterfall, I have tried running the first 100 rows because I don’t want to burn tons of credits. I hope this makes sense
Yes that totally makes sense! I see the screenshots now
Were you able to fix something on your end? I saw the waterfall working.
I don’t see the waterfall working unfortunately. Both waterfalls are stuck
I ‘asked’ for phone numbers for first 100 contacts. I got one results ie. the one you ran
Ah I see! Let me film a video for you and see if I can run the first 100 contacts.
hijacking - im in the same boat w email waterfall and also lookup single row in other clay table figured youd want to know theres another with same long QUEUED status
I totally hear you on how frustrating this can be! I just tried running the first 100 rows in the Storyline - Contacts table. It still says queued, but I am going to look in our logs and see if there are any errors.
Thanks for your patience!
Thanks for taking care of this. One of the solutions was to run everything from scratch - but in that case - I’d loose a lot of credits. I’d appreciate if you could please keep this ticket open. Thanks!
Yes I totally understand! It's wise to save credits. I am going to try to recreate this situation, and see if this is a bug. If it is, I'll notify our engineering team.
Thanks a million 🙏
I checked in with our team, and it looks like this is something that our engineering team is working on fixing as quickly as possible. I can followup here once I get any updates. Thanks so much Igor!
Igor - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Good news—this issue should now be fixed! Try refreshing your page with Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R, then rerun the rows by clicking the column header and selecting Run Column or Run Rows That Didn’t Run or Have Errors. If that doesn’t work, you can also try Force Run Column. Let us know if it’s still not working. Really appreciate your patience while we got this sorted.
Bo (. Thanks for jumping in to help but what you have suggested - did not work. I had to manually go and run each cell to get the data. However, after manually running rows for emails for 5 minutes, I realized that mobiles numbers were popping up in the mobile columns. This SHOULDN’T have been the case. The auto-update on both tables was turned-off. Can you please check who turned them on? My credits decreased from 10k to 3k. The current situation:
12 hours after I initiated the worksheet, I still don’t have the data I need
The solutions proposed did not fix the issue
I experienced a massive credit burn
I am late with delivery of the data required by the sales team
Something is wrong with this from the very beginning!
Hi Igor, thanks for flagging! I took a look at the video, and "Disable auto-update" references the symbol next to View table history. When it's green it's turned on, and when it's grey, it's turned off. Hope this helps!
Hi there - the point of making the video was different. I showed you that I could not turn off the auto-update option. Does this make sense?
Ah I see, thanks for the clarification! Would you be able to send the table link? I tried looking in the Dynamic Language workspace as well, but couldn't find it.
Also wanted to flag that in the video, the table shown is "Storyline-Contacts" but the table turned off for the example is "Storyline-List-Companies". That may account for the discrepancy, but I would have to go into the table to dig in.
This is the table link In addition, I kindly ask if you or someone at your team address and give me an info for the issue I experienced (and the credit burn) earlier; this concern can be found in my message posted at 11:09AM in this thread
Hi Igor, thank you for your patience! I am digging into the table now, and then will followup about the earlier issue.
Thanks Igor, I took a look at your table. To better understand your problem and solution, can you clarify on what it looks like when the auto-update has not been disabled and is active?
Not sure if I understand your question. Here is a brief summary of what happened to make sure you have enough context. What I intended:
Created a company/contact table with auto-updates turned off
Planned to run:
392 company enrichments
500 email enrichments
100 phone enrichments
Used the “Run X rows starting from Y” option to avoid triggering unnecessary credits
What happened:
The enrichments stayed in “queued” for hours
Support confirmed a bug and said it was resolved
The next day, I tried again - same issue
I manually triggered email enrichment cells (this worked), but unknowingly also triggered phone enrichments per row
As a result, 7k credits were used instead of the planned 2.5k
Additional note: I recorded a video showing that auto-updates still occurred even when disabled - confirming this was likely a system-side issue. Would it be possible to review this and consider a credit adjustment for the unintended usage?
Hi Igor! Thank you for the summary, this is super helpful and I really appreciate it. I can go ahead and add 7k credits to your account. Does this sound like a good plan?
I've gone ahead and added 7,000 credits to your workspace. Thank you for your patience, I will also followup with our engineering team about the bug. Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi again Natalie - your offer is more than generous. Thank you, it will help a lot! 🙏
No problem, glad I could help!
Please let me know when those credits are added so I can continue building tables
Thank you!
Hi Igor! If you refresh your table, the credits should be added now.
Hi again, unfortunately I still don’t see those 7k added to our account
Hi Igor! All good, is the workspace you are looking at associated with ispasovski.sr@gmail.com?
Ah yes! Sorry about that, that is entirely my bad! I confused the email you are using in customer support with the original table workspace. I have added 7,000 credits to the Dynamic Language workspace now.
Please let me know if I can help out in any other way, thank you for your patience!
No worries at all - thank you for taking care of this. The credits are now in the right account! Cheers, Igor 🥳
