Issue with SureConnect Charging 4K Clay Credits Without Running

Hi there, what’s going on with SureConnect? It charged me almost 4k clay credits but havent ever run.

SureConnect results typically take 2-3 hours to return, with a maximum wait time of up to one business day.If you've been charged credits but haven't received results, please note that if a provider charges us for an API call, we will charge Clay credits for that call. However, if SureConnect is unable to deliver valid data, those credits will be refunded back to your account.
