I have an automated smartlead "add lead to campaign" enrichment. The enrichment successfully updates any existing leads in the campaign but does not add new ones. The cell returns a successful run but is labelled "Could not add lead". I can open the cell and retrieve the run details, but there is no obvious reason for why it failed.
There are three common reasons why your SmartLead leads might not be added despite showing a successful run:1. Duplicate Protection: If "Allow Duplicates" is turned off in your settings, the system won't add duplicate leads across campaigns. 2. Blocked Lead Status: If the leads are already blocked in your account, they won't be processed. 3.
