Trouble Using Claude and OpenAI API Keys: Need Help Troubleshooting

Hey! I am having problems using my own claude and openai keys for "Use AI". both keys tell me "The rate limits associated with this Anthropic API key are insufficient for this field. Search "Anthropic Increase Limits" or visit https://docs.anthropic.com/en/api/rate-limits to increase your API key limits." I just got more credit a week ago and got a tier up in claude, so it doesnt make any sense... can anyone help? would love to be able to use my own api keys...

To use Claygent and "ChatGPT - Generate Text" columns in Clay, your OpenAI API key needs specific rate limits. For ChatGPT columns, you need 30,000 tokens per minute (TPM), while Claygent requires 450,000 TPM. If you're still encountering rate limit errors after upgrading, it's possible your current tier doesn't meet these requirements. To resolve this: 1. Check your API usage tier at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits 2. Ensure you have a tier 2 API key or higher 3. If needed, upgrade your OpenAI API key usage tier If you continue to experience issues, you may need to request human assistance for further troubleshooting.

and for claude? my claude was working on tier 1 before.. now i am on tier 2 and it stoped working

Hey, thanks for reaching out! I see you have an error with your rate limits. Due to recent changes in how we work with Anthropic rate limits, Claygent now blocks keys that don’t meet the required threshold. At this time, Tier 4 (400k TPM) is required to run Claygent reliably. We're exploring support for Tier 3, but for now, Tier 4 is needed. Again, sorry for the hassle - let me know if you have any follow up questions!
