Table Toggle: Where to Find the Turn Off Button and How to Use It Now

is looks like the toggle to turn off a table disappeared, is there a new location for it?

If you click the 3 dots next to the table name you'll see it:

is auto update off by default now and you have to toggle it on?

hmmm. the copy just makes it seem like if you choose that option you are turning it on not off
