Linkedin Sales Navigator Searches Not Working: Issues with Zero Results and Token Consumption

Hmm, it seems that Linkedin Sales Navigator searches stopped working. I succesfully ran multiple searches during last few days, but now, this happened:

  1. 1.

    Earlier today, after 30 minutes of waiting, a search gave 0 results. After I retried it, it worked.

  2. 2.

    Something similar happened a moment ago, so I retried it, but without a success.

  3. 3.

    So, I changed the search and tried again, but again, it did not work.

Then I realized, that the last 3 searches consumed 7.5k tokens without giving any results, so I'm not trying anything more until it's resolved 😞

    Wojciech D. still trying to figure out what happened here — For the ones that were broken, did you run the exact same searches and eventually they worked?

    Eric E. for the oldest broken yes. I just re-run the same search and it worked. For the second broken, I re-ran the same search and it was still broken. For the last broken, I never re-ran it

    By "re-run" I mean, pasting exactly the same search link and trying again. I am 100% sure that it was the same link, as I have them in my files on disk, and I was using them one by one

    ahh Wojciech D. — I now know why i was confused. The reason you didn’t see any results is because if you remove all of the filters, this table is over the 50k row limit. The searches worked correctly (which is why my logs showed everything was fine), so we were charged for the records, and thus, so were you. But, we couldn’t add them to the table because of the 50k row limit. I’ll refund you for those 3 searches, and make the messaging better here to avoid this situation in the future, but for now the best way to unblock yourself is to duplicate this table (so you can use the same column structure) and then start creating new Sales Nav searches in the new table 🙂
