Troubleshooting No Results in Clay Company Search Preview
Good morning - Just testing out Clay for the first time and have set several filters for company search, but every time I hit preview this screen just pops up. No results to preview.
There could be a few reasons why you're not seeing results when previewing your company search: 1. Your filters might be too restrictive. Try loosening some criteria, like expanding headcount ranges or broadening location filters. 2. The combination of filters might not match any companies in our database. Consider adjusting or removing some filters to widen your search. 3. If you've recently edited the source filters for an existing table, the changes won't automatically update. You'll need to re-run the step that generated the data or create a new table with the updated source. To troubleshoot, try previewing after each filter adjustment to see which criteria might be limiting your results. If you continue to have issues, you may want to request human assistance for more specific help.
