Hi guys, what would be the best way to read a pdf link. I have extracted the link to the pdf download I just need the easier way to read a financial report and get an insight from it. I've seen you can use PDF.co API but i do not have the explorer plan. I could also use Zapier I imagine. any tips or help would be very much appreciated. :)
For analyzing financial reports, you can use our Oakie AI integration to extract insights from 10-Ks and 10-Qs of public companies. The process involves: 1. Finding the company's stock ticker 2. Using Oakie AI enrichment with the ticker 3. Specifying filing type and date range 4. Asking specific questions about the company Alternatively, we have a template specifically for extracting data from 10-K reports that automates the process. You can also use Zapier to generate research summaries and send them to Google Docs, Notion, or other platforms where you prefer to work.

Hey, The easiest way to handle that in Clay is by using Claygent. Just pass the PDF link into a Claygent column and use a prompt like: “Read this PDF and summarize the key financial insights.” Claygent will fetch the file, read its content, and return a clean summary—no need for external tools like PDF.co or Zapier. Let me know if you want help setting that up!
Thanks, yeah I was using claygent with 4o, changed to argon and worked perfect!
