I tried using Claygent and chose ChatGPT04 with a Clay API key but I'm getting this error about having a long prompt but I have already shortened the prompt I used but still getting the same errors.
This error is likely related to your OpenAI API usage tier rather than the prompt length. For reliable use of Claygent, you need an OpenAI plan with at least 450,000 tokens per minute (TPM).To improve your prompts, consider these best practices:1. Start with a clear system prompt that provides context 2. Give step-by-step instructions 3. Be specific about the desired output formatYou can also try using our Metaprompter feature to help craft better prompts. To access this:1. Go to "Add Enrichments" 2. Select "Use AI" 3. Choose your model 4. Click the "Help Me" button to get AI-approved prompts Sources: Prompt Engineering Crash Course [Clay 101] - Clay University Prompt Engineering Crash Course [Limitless Research] - Clay University
This is the prompt I used: Check /Find Active Job Openings and count how many job hiring for Scrum Masters in the company. sample output: 2 Scrum Masters or 1 Scrum Master Do not provide any other Output.
Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Hi Marvic, thank you for reaching out. The likely Reason for this is that "Find Active Job Openings" contains too much information and as such the prompt is too long. To solve this, I suggest parsing out the response of "Find Active Job Openings" in different columns, and then to insert the parsed out values in the prompt.
To view all the rows imported from your enrichment, follow these steps: First, click on any cell within your enrichment. In the example below, I am expanding the "Lookup Single Row" enrichment, but this works the same for any enrichment containing a JSON object. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1291688510/c228d2db458f66f6d2e1e54f3d73/CleanShot%2B2024-12-10%2Bat%2B13_31_27-402x.png?expires=1736759700&signature=5fa33276c9e3a79aebc08aced54d16245a49bd73b67557f47df0082bfc0e089e&req=dSIuF892lYReWfMW1HO4za5lxIXRq%2FGaPnuppUTs4NH6xw%3D%3D%0A In the menu that appears on the right, hover over the column you want to view. Then, select "Add as Column," give your column a name, and click "Create New Column." In the example below, I am creating a column to display the query, called "Query". https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1291688508/ac33d3a5906f750aa441c12168ac/CleanShot%2B2024-12-10%2Bat%2B13_31_38-402x.png?expires=1736759700&signature=fe4cb5bebc8002b10754aaba022a2b3e5f1ce156f06681c08bbf43508870a680&req=dSIuF892lYRfUfMW1HO4zRCzPr9xh6kyJ4%2BgGQYpV0VUQA%3D%3D%0A Once you do this, a new column will automatically populate with the desired information. In the example below, you can see that the "Query" column has been created. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1291688504/bf379747252a998d79c9a1d69ce2/CleanShot%2B2024-12-10%2Bat%2B13_31_57-402x.png?expires=1736759700&signature=169e0c207aa444b5e8a6f8f16727972cc9d5060e9894e21d04b16a6f60233340&req=dSIuF892lYRfXfMW1HO4zWZB3rZcFkUx%2BW0UjTjyT9h0SQ%3D%3D%0A Let me know if this helps!
