I have a main table full of Opportunities from SFDC. I have send to another table each related gong call to these opportunities with the transcripts. On the Opportunities table I want to aggregate all the gong call transcripts by each OpportunityId. When I use the Lookup multiple rows, I cannot select any tables at all. Why is this?
The Lookup Multiple Rows action requires you to specify the Table to Search as the first input. If you can't select any tables, this typically means:
• The tables aren't in the same workspace
• There's a connection issue with your workspace
• The target table with Gong transcripts hasn't been properly created
Make sure both your Opportunities table and Gong calls table are in the same Clay workspace. The lookup will search your Gong calls table using OpportunityId as the Target Column to match and return multiple transcript rows.
Is that what you were looking for?
The table does exist, and the transcripts exist, so I am not sure why I cannot select a table at all
That's frustrating—let me help troubleshoot this. If you can't select any tables in Lookup Multiple Rows, check these potential causes:
• Workspace row limit: You might be at or near your workspace's total row limit. This can prevent table operations from working properly.
• Write to Other Table constraints: There's a maximum of 10 tables that can be connected via Write to Other Table across workbooks. If you've hit this limit, it could affect lookup functionality.
Try checking your workspace usage from the home page to see if you're approaching the row limit. If so, you'll need to delete unused tables from the Trash folder to free up space.
