Need Help with Work Email Column Issues in Clay Table

can I get support on this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356911/tables/t_ZtgeDaGZd2Qh/views/gv_eo3hNYwyt2s6 for some reason i'm having trouble getting the work emails to come into the Work Email column? is this because they're not valid? I have it marking Catch-all as not safe to send to.
