Hi team - I'd love your help with something. I've created a workbook with multiple tables in it, each table contains some company URLs. Right now, I'm looking do the following:
Automatically add all the URLs from each of the tables into a new Consolidated URL table
Run a dedupe on the Consolidated URL table so I am left with only a list of unique URLs
Configure this to run automatically (i.e., if i ever add new URLs to any table, the URLs will be sent to the Consolidated URL table and a dedupe is run
Here's a video with more detail: https://www.loom.com/share/06e695a3c33149f4887a813beee12f66
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hi Remen, thanks for reaching out. This is the perfect use case for our write to other table enrichment column. When running enrichments like our 'Find People' search or Ocean.io's 'Find Company Lookalikes' integration, you'll get columns containing multiple arrays of objects: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1196169525/0a82d5d2b3f1680eb8b9805a/CleanShot%2B2024-09-04%2Bat%2B22_10_48-402x.png?expires=1727465400&signature=6467c880045ea136c5a40b2d63a4ad9ca75de0411837445ee1d87351c721b2be&req=dSEuEMh4lIRdXPMW1HO4zbsRfpMqQ1dGiCwYNSAayb0%2Bc0RDBThkXPQ9nWe%2F%0AABPK%0A This format does not allow you to run enrichments at the lead level, so you may want to neatly split out the array into individual rows to then build your workflows and further enrichments on. This is where the write to table enrichment column comes into play! 1. Make sure your Clay API key is linked correctly. 2. Find and set up the write to table enrichment column by clicking on Add Column > Add Enrichment > Search and select "write to table" https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1196169530/30844536de29aa2e44d7cabe/CleanShot%2B2024-09-04%2Bat%2B22_37_07.gif?expires=1727465400&signature=6f5311ed851456338d95f451f52e2aa23d5aaa9afde895906304194425d2ad09&req=dSEuEMh4lIRcWfMW1HO4zbXpet19w%2BgJ45VeTOFhtSo6FzslXg9WzDD4QnSO%0A7Gbk%0A 3. You can now choose to parse your arrays into an existing table or create a new blank table for them, by clicking on "new table": https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1196169527/101e6445011b5daa9da89f1b/CleanShot%2B2024-09-04%2Bat%2B22_45_05.gif?expires=1727465400&signature=222d924b515ed46936c24742c5411b3d1ed118e5ebd090fb5bdf0eeb9b041c17&req=dSEuEMh4lIRdXvMW1HO4zdYUmTXSsUZbW1xYj7ucqe2YjQ%2BjCbfPgFedQIMx%0Apx%2F1%0A 4. We can now neatly write our array of objects into individual rows by inserting a column in the 'Select a List from a Column' field. Type a forward slash, choose the column containing the arrays, open its properties, and click "insert all items". https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1196169524/87183f43cf175c6cef4558c8/CleanShot%2B2024-09-04%2Bat%2B22_53_01.gif?expires=1727465400&signature=e4671b6b605bad67bdac98883b3ed3ac4b947cdf8f15cfa54897dfc50cbc7d28&req=dSEuEMh4lIRdXfMW1HO4zXsh1gwnAObg%2Fv66NIKgXnLqGu2nCyzlsZKvhl6E%0Aybyg%0A 5. Now the last thing we'll have to do is specify which objects from the array we want to write to the new table, and to which columns we want to map them. We'll be able to select columns which are existing or create new ad-hoc columns for this purpose: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1196169535/34ac8889d14d749c33378b09/CleanShot%2B2024-09-04%2Bat%2B22_55_01.gif?expires=1727465400&signature=252f47a5e44db976099ef3e1e9af1c9e7dff1c952d34ea95b196518b677c941c&req=dSEuEMh4lIRcXPMW1HO4zV0wqrCtuUdDSlOp%2FxKTTsTlZNAPa91%2BG0Sck9Fo%0A1CRr%0A 6. You can also add other column values to the table, which is useful when transferring lead data from one table to another using the 'Write to Table' column. This setup can work independently, without the list feature configured in step 4. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1196169529/2c60f96d2edcdee1d8345bf2/CleanShot%2B2024-09-04%2Bat%2B23_00_35.gif?expires=1727465400&signature=d00ba4279fcd1a7ef79e403ebd753a103328da3094c76fc4ecd2ad6440b49017&req=dSEuEMh4lIRdUPMW1HO4zVhaVqtR05KMLk%2BOgUHoCk994%2BuiE8SkBbyicS6d%0AP6O%2F%0A You're all set! You can now save and run your 'Write to Table' column. I also recorded a video here, showing you how I set this integration up in your workbook. I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
