Issue with Missing Credits After Completing Cohort #12

Hi, I have finished the Cohort #12 recently. All of my earned credits are gone. Can you please have a look at it?

    There could be a few reasons why your earned credits are gone after finishing Cohort #12: 1. Credits might have been spent on tables that were later deleted. Even if you delete tables, the credits used for them are still consumed. 2. Your billing cycle may have refreshed, which can affect your credit balance. When a billing cycle refreshes, your credit balance is capped at 2x your monthly credit limit based on your current plan. To check your credit usage: 1. Click your account name 2. Go to Settings > Credit usage 3. Review your usage by folders, workbooks, and tables If you need more credits, you can purchase credit top-ups or consider upgrading your plan. If you still can't identify the issue, please request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" for a more detailed review of your account.

    Hey, sorry for this. It actually looks like those credits have been spent on some enrichment. I just checked inside of your table and found out that they were spent. I'm curious if that was an error or it was just an oversee. Thank you.
