What's the difference between "Import data from Apify actor" as an action and "Import data from Apify actor" as an event?

"Import data from Apify Actor" as an action (enrichment) runs the actor and fetches data row-by-row within your existing table - you execute it on demand for each row. [1]
"Import data from Apify Actor" as a source pulls in data from actor runs to create a new table from scratch. It can pull from a specific run or automatically update with all future runs from that actor. [2] [3]
So action = enriching existing data, source = creating new tables from actor results.

i want to do multiple Import data from Apify actor as a source into 1 table, how do i do so

To add multiple Apify actor sources to one table:
1.
Create your first Apify source normally (click + Add → search "Apify" → configure and import)
2.
For additional Apify sources, go to Actions → Import in your existing table
3.
Search for "Apify" and select it
4.
Configure each additional actor source
5.
Click Import to add the data to your existing table [1]
Each import will add the new Apify data as additional rows in the same table.

how many max tables in a workbook?

There's a maximum of 10 tables that can be connected via table data sending actions across workbooks. [1] However, the sources don't specify a direct limit on how many tables you can simply have in a single workbook - just the connection limit when using features like "Send table data" or "Write to Other Table." [2]
