Exporting SFDC Account ID from Gong & Clay Integration Challenges

Is there a consistent way to export SFDC account ID from get call details in the Gong<>Clay integration? Basically I want to send Gong transcripts to Clay, then process and append to the relevant SFDC account. ContactId is often included in call details, but because the naming conventions aren't differentiated, it's difficult to identify which contact is internal or external in an automated and consistent way.
