Adding C-Level Contacts to Existing Customer Table - Email and Phone Numbers

Hello I need help adding C level contacts to my table for my existing customers. I have my other contacts emails, phone numbers, company name and I pulled the domains successfully into the table. But I need to pull C suite contact info for the domains, with email and phone numbers as well as get them to line up under the current company's contacts. For now thy only make new column instead of new rows underneath the existing contacts for the company. Thank you!
