Tips for Creating a Targeted LinkedIn List with Data Points

Hey everyone, any suggestions on how to create a list using the following data points? Following a company on linkedin, using a specific software, then job title, company size, some normal filters. The software isn't something that is on their website, it's more like an operating software for managing the back-end of manufacturing facilities so I tried to enrich using Builtwith already and didn't have any success. Open to suggestions, I'm just kicking rocks at this point. Thanks!
