How do i make a table where i could find out leaders who have recently gotten hired, but only based on the industry, i should not be extracting those companies first then run this signal, i just want to find those people coming from all the companies off of that given industry and location.

To find recently hired leaders based on industry and location without extracting companies first, you can use our Find People feature. Here's how: 1. Create a new workbook and select "Find People" from the import options. 2. In the search modal, set your filters: β€’ Industry: Choose the specific industry you're targeting β€’ Location: Specify the desired location β€’ Job Title: Use keywords like "Leader," "Manager," "Director," etc. β€’ Experience: Set "Current Job" to a recent timeframe (e.g., last 3-6 months) 3. Preview the results and adjust filters if needed. 4. Import the data into a new table. This approach allows you to directly find people matching your criteria without first creating a company list.

oh thats a great hack thanks, I can also run it by just putting number of months in the company as 'one' and let it run to give me fresh hires?

Yes, you can find fresh hires by setting the minimum number of months in the current role to 'one' in the search filters. When using our Find People feature, you can use the "Experience" filter to specify the duration someone has been in their current role. To do this: 1. Go to the Find People search modal 2. Look for the "Experience" or "Minimum Number Of Months Since Start Date Of Current Role" filter 3. Set this value to 1 This will help you find people who have been in their current role for at least one month, effectively capturing recent hires. Remember, you can combine this with other filters like industry, location, or job titles to narrow down your search further.

does it also mean that it will push profiles in, if they add a promotion so they change or add to their experience profile?

Yes, setting the minimum number of months in the current role to 'one' can include profiles where a promotion has been added, changing their experience profile. Our Find People feature allows you to filter based on the "Experience" section, which includes time in their current role by months. This means that if someone has recently been promoted or changed roles within their company, it would be reflected in their profile and captured by this filter. Our system tracks career changes like promotions, allowing you to identify these recent changes. If you need more specific tracking of promotions or role changes, you might want to use our "Monitor for promotions" feature for more detailed insights.

To find companies hiring for one or two positions and add job posts after 45 days, you can use our Find Jobs feature with some specific settings: 1. Use the "Find Jobs Enrichment" on your existing company list. 2. Set the "Days Since Posted" filter to 45 or more. 3. After running the enrichment, use a formula to filter companies with 1-2 open positions. Here's a step-by-step process: 1. Open your companies table 2. Add the "Find Open Jobs with PredictLeads" enrichment 3. Set "Days Since Posted" to 45 4. Run the enrichment 5. Use a formula to count jobs per company 6. Filter for companies with 1-2 open positions This approach ensures you're only seeing jobs posted 45+ days ago and companies with the desired number of openings. Need more help? To find all companies worldwide hiring for a specific role without pre-selecting companies, you can use our Find Active Job Openings feature. Here's how: 1. Use the "Find Active Job Openings" enrichment 2. Leave the "Company Identifier" field blank to search all companies 3. Set "Job Title Keywords" to your specific role 4. Set "Days since Posted" to 45 This will return job openings for your specified role that are at least 45 days old, from companies worldwide. You can further refine your search using filters like "Locations" or "Job Description Keywords" if needed.
