Not a stupid question at all! You can't create multiple workspaces from a single account. To set up another workspace, you'd need to sign up with a new account/email. If you want to access multiple workspaces, you'd need to be invited to the other ones.

And that user has created another user... That user would automatically be coming into the original workspace...
