Resolving Clay Enrichment Issues for LinkedIn URL Accuracy

What to do when the enrichment is wrong, and won’t accept a chancge? I am using Clay enrichment for organizations, and entering the URL https://zoe.com/ which has a LinkedIn presence of https://www.linkedin.com/company/joinzoe/ which is the one i want, but Clay keeps on coming up instead with https://www.linkedin.com/company/zoe/ which is the wrong company. I don’t see a way to tell it to change the LinkedIn value that it finds, since that’s the one that it’s using to enrich the company info. To correct the LinkedIn value used for enrichment when Clay selects the wrong company, you can try the following: 1. Use the Company LinkedIn URL directly instead of the website URL. This is the most accurate method for company enrichment. 2. If you're using the LeadMagic integration, input the correct LinkedIn profile URL in the "Social URL" field when setting up the enrichment. 3. Double-check that you're using the full, correct LinkedIn company URL (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/company/joinzoe/).
