Hey team, I keep getting the same 404 error when trying to exclude domains I have already found using the Ocean.io company lookalike finder. Am I doing something wrong? Every time I enter "/" to add a column, the error comes up. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/438554/workbooks/wb_qeFtMaUnTrys/tables/t_gE8NqwqhyDfJ/views/gv_GAagui3RRc99
To properly exclude domains in the company lookalike finder, you should: 1. Use commas to separate multiple domains in the "Domains to Exclude" field rather than using "/"For a more structured approach to excluding companies, you can also: 1. Go to "Add Table" > select "Find Companies" 2. Use the dedicated "Exclude" section to select an existing table as an exclusion source 3. Choose your matching criteria (like domain)This will automatically exclude matches from your reference table. Hey Daniel, thanks for letting us know about this. Do you see that error immediately when typing a / slash? Or after entering the column you have in mind? I'd also like to know which specific column, so I can try to replicate this. So far, I'm not seeing the same error. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it.
Immediately after typing a slash
I want to use the column of lookalikes already found in the existing table as the exclusion
Could it be because I don’t have pro and or don’t own the ocean io API?
Can anyone assist me?
