Hello, Im importing a person list from my CRM to customize email messages using the AI enrichment, how much would it cost me to create custom messages?
Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) ๐ซถ Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table ๐
Hey, thanks for reaching out!
Great question! It really depends on what information you're using to personalize those messages. For example, if you're using the person's LI profile info like work experience, education, and location... or finding a person's recent LinkedIn post or company description, that could average about 1-3 credits per person. And 1 more credit per row for every chatGPT column if you're using Clay's API.
Depending on how many leads you'll enrich you can multiply by that average to estimate the total credit amount you'll probably need. Hope this helps!
thank you for the explanation, quick question - do you guys have any black friday or cyber monday deals going on for your plans?
Another good one! Just checked on that a couple of hours ago and unfortunately not.
thanks for checking! i have 1 more question before i think im good, i have been using the clay chrome extension to import leads from my sales navigator (the Find People from Sales Navigator URL template does not work when i try it, nothing gets populated in tables) but i am noticing that it is not getting the contact info accurately. It imports the linkedin person and company profile but only the link, it does not show the profile details i can add as a column like company url, i would have to enrich the data for that and spend credits to do so, it has combined information like job title and company name in 1 column instead of separate. How can i get my sales navigator leads imported to clay without having to enrich it with data that should have already been imported? any help you provide would be greatly appreciated
Right! So it does have some specifications you need to consider for it to work
Since our LI tools don't use your active session or cookies to pull information, you cannot give it a "saved search" or a search that includes account-level filters in SN. It has to be a general SN search instead.Unfortunately, LinkedIn does a very good job at blocking scrapers overall and we haven't prioritized our extension but updates will be coming soon. Many users have alternatives like Phantombuster or other capable scrapers to then import into Clay for further enrichment.
