Sending Emails on Behalf of a Client: Conducting Email Outreach with External Email

I have a question...hope this channel is where I drop it. I'm wondering if it's possible to send emails from an external email, in other words, is is possible for me to conduct email outreach on behalf of a client, using their email and not mine?

Yes, this would depend on what domains you set up in your email sequencing tool (i.e. Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly), where you can use your client's email to send them out.
