whne i do a find people search from my find compnay table.... and then enrich the companty table with some more details..... and then i want to go and add that to find peoples earch... wy doesnt it work
If you enrich your Find Company table with new details, those updates won’t automatically appear in your Find People table. You need to rerun the lookup column in your Find People table to sync the new company data. This forces the system to pull in the latest info from your company table, so your people records stay up to date with the latest company details you’ve added or changed [1] [2] [3] .

okya but i can do that right!!
You can’t just add new company details to your Find Company table and expect them to show up in your Find People table automatically. The system only pulls in company data when you rerun the lookup column in your Find People table. This step forces the system to sync the latest info from your company table, so your people records stay up to date with any new details you’ve added or changed. If you skip this, the new company data won’t appear in your people search results. [1] [2] [3]

imm pretty sure i reran the look up column and it wasnt showing up. any resaon why ?
If you reran the lookup column and the new company details still aren’t showing up, here are the most common reasons:
The lookup column might be stuck in “queued” status. Try clicking the column header and selecting Force Rerun Column to reset it and refresh the data .
If you added new columns or changed the source, Clay won’t retroactively update old results. You need to re-run the step that generated the data—either delete and re-run the step or duplicate the table with the updated source , [1].
Sometimes, third-party data providers update slowly, so even after syncing, the latest info might not appear right away. Full refreshes can take 2–3 weeks, but using the “Enrich Company” action pulls in real-time updates .
Make sure the company data was actually enriched and not just edited. Only enriched data will sync to the people table [2].
If you’re still stuck, try Force Rerun Column and check for any errors in the lookup. If that doesn’t work, you can ask to speak to a human for more help .

If you still need help resolving the issue with your lookup column not updating, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve or any specific errors you’re encountering?
If your lookup column is stuck at 13% and not updating, it’s likely stuck in “queued” status. Try clicking the column header and select Force Rerun Column—that should reset it and get things moving again .
Is that what you were looking for?
i will have to do a brand new find people search ?? are you sure??
You don’t need to do a brand new Find People search—just rerun the lookup column in your Find People table to sync new company data. If you’ve already done that and it’s stuck at 13%, try Force Rerun Column from the column header to reset it. If you edited the source or added new columns, Clay won’t retroactively update old results, so you’ll need to delete and re-run the step or duplicate the table with the updated source. Only enriched data (not just edited) will sync to the people table, so make sure you used the “Enrich Company” action, not just editing the table directly [1] [2] [3] .
