Subscription Reset Date and Timezone Confusion: 14th or 15th in EST?

I saw my subscription reset today (14th in EST) and I was planning to use my credits today since I thought my subscription would reset tomorrow (15th in EST). I’m in Asia right now and it says it reset on 15th. Not sure if timezones could be the issue

credits don’t rollover, they reset at the max amount each month
