Is there a way to get a one-click summary of a given column or a selected range? i.e. when selecting a column, having the sum of values in there, or the count of non-null values?
Hey Laurent! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to helpโจ. To confirm, are you asking if there's a way to see a summary of a column's activity? For example, seeing how many rows ran? or specifically to see which rows have values in them vs rows that do not? The first can be done by clicking on the column header and selecting "run info". The second will require creating a filtered view to only see rows in a column that have specific values. I made a quick recording showing an example below. Let me know if that's what you're trying to set up. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1253672652/f455ec3dacee5045b37ca7fea123/CleanShot+2024-11-15+at+20_45_31.gif?expires=1731701700&signature=133841f3e5401bdfce7a12c0aef5c86c47a947bb6016f5f3071d60bbac618a0d&req=dSIiFc95n4daW%2FMW1HO4zflkNQi7AYrR%2F%2Fsyun7D%2BywfoaOFag8GtwsEiUsM%0A%2Bi65%0A
thanks Daniela D. - yes, I meant the latter. I was hoping there would be a quicker way to get insights per column, just like excel. But thanks for the video, v helpful
Hey Laurent! Thanks for the reply. Got it. The "run info" section can also give a breakdown of which rows ran but have no data returned and an overall count of rows that were ran successfully. It's not able to show this based on specific fields nested within cells, but it will let you know how many rows do not have data. Let me know if that helps too. Also happy to share any additional layer not included as feedback to the team. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1253685024/47f54f57df71c9c0d54617166c0a/CleanShot+2024-11-15+at+21_02_54%402x.png?expires=1731702600&signature=056c44386579ade7b459c625e120471f448c9e84f98240533b1d30843d3eb7a7&req=dSIiFc92mIFdXfMW1HO4zfwdwt1GXRW3kKSaci41BeUXElSy2dyNSDRIGik%2F%0Ak%2F6R%0A
