Need Help Setting Up Clay? Seek Step-by-Step Video Support From Fellow Users

Hi all, is there a portal for step by step video support on starting and setting up Clay? I have followed some of the videos I've seen, but I'm still getting stuck at enriching columns - I'm on a free trial right now and have enough credits and have enriched my Apollo and Chat API key and yet I still can't get any enriched details - can someone advise please?
