Identical Company and LinkedIn URLs on Rows 23 and 24 - Random Behavior Detected

Random Behaviour In the screenshot below you can see the F (found) Co (Company) LI (LinkedIn URL) for row 23 and 24 are the same (I check for spaces etc - but Col LU (loop UP) Co (Comapny) Li (Linkedin URL) returns a match for 23 but not 24 .... ??????

Same thing for returning the description for row 21 - no description returned - and row 22 - where it does
