Clay Find People Table Not Updating: Need Assistance

Hey team, my table source via Clay Find People isn't updating itself while on daily update schedule: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/449716/workbooks/wb_0svmbynPFRB6CDsJjjQ/tables/t_0svmc6nYoPoyXesRnoM/views/gv_0svmc6on6tnEddNpFWP Started on May 1st, it didn't update for past 2 days and I just did a manual update and says 0 rows added -- quite impossible, there should be 60-100 new records daily and while number will fluctuate but impossible to have 0. Can you take a look?

Even if the source preview reflects new filters, the table itself won't refresh until you re-run the step that generated the data. To update, you may need to delete and re-run the step or duplicate the table with the updated source . ** Static vs. Dynamic Source: If your table source is set up as a static source, it won't pull in new records automatically. Make sure your source is configured as a dynamic source and scheduled to import new entries at your desired cadence . ** *Scheduled Sources Feature: With Clay Scheduling, sources can be set to refresh automatically (daily, weekly, or monthly). Double-check that your scheduled source is active and properly configured. If the setup is correct but still not updating, there may be an issue with the source filters or the data feed itself . If you've confirmed your source is dynamic and scheduled but still see no new records, review your source filters and ensure there are no changes that might exclude new data. Here's another table for reference, created on April 30th and scheduled to update/pull daily but got nothing so far: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/449716/workbooks/wb_0svhr5rciU5UhYbN9Xv/tables/t_0svhrd2PXywV3cgRzt9/views/gv_0svhrd4hPGy49Gks8cJ There were 11.5K records that fit criteria for past 2 months so its impossible that it doesnt pull 50-100 new records daily. Let me know what's going on!

Hey, I agree this does seem unusual but I checked everything on the backend and didn’t find any issues—the searches have been triggering daily as expected, just without any new results. If you have examples of people who should’ve matched but didn’t, or if anything was recently deleted from the tables, that might help pinpoint the issue. Let me know if you notice anything on your end.
