If search produces 150K companies, how can I get it all to Clay table? Given that Clay table lets me to exclude 1 table of companies, I know it's doable to get 100K without have much overlaps, but what's the process to get the last 50K?
To import 150K companies into Clay with minimal overlaps, follow these steps: 1. Use the Find Company search feature to set your parameters (industry, size, location, etc.). 2. In the "Exclude companies" section, reference the table containing companies you want to exclude. 3. Set a higher record limit to capture more results. 4. Run multiple searches with slightly different criteria to reach your target number. 5. Use the "write to table" feature to combine results from multiple searches into one table. 6. For the last 50K, consider importing from a CSV file if you have the data. Remember to review and refine your search parameters between iterations to ensure relevance and minimize overlaps.

not exactly, im using Clay Find Company feature and if the search results have 150K companies or 200K, how do I get them into different tables knowing each has a 50K rows limit?
To split large search results into different tables, follow these steps: 1. Run your initial search with the Find Company feature. 2. Set the record limit to 50,000 in the "Limit Results" section. 3. Import these results into a new table. 4. For the next batch, use the "Exclude companies" feature to reference the table you just created. 5. Run the search again with the same parameters, but excluding the companies from the first table. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 until you've captured all 150K-200K companies across multiple tables. Remember to use the "write to table" feature to combine results if needed. This method ensures you stay within the 50K limit per table while capturing all your desired results.

if I write 50K companies to another table with 50K companies, that exceeds 50K rows limit though?
To split 150K-200K companies from Clay Find Company search results into multiple tables without exceeding the 50K rows limit, follow these steps: 1. Run your initial search with Find Company feature. 2. Set the record limit to 50,000 in the "Limit Results" section. 3. Import these results into a new table. 4. For the next batch, use the "Exclude companies" feature to reference the table you just created. 5. Run the search again with the same parameters, excluding the companies from the first table. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 until you've captured all 150K-200K companies across multiple tables. Remember to use the "write to table" feature to import results into new tables each time. This method ensures you stay within the 50K limit per table while capturing all your desired results.

Hey there Andi thanks for reaching out, it is currently not possible to have more than 50k rows per table, what you can do here is import the first 50k rows into a table and then recreate the search but the created table as an Exclude list when running the search again to get the next 50k rows. However, the issue we are going to run into here is that it is not possible to exclude more than 1 table at a time, so we would never be able to get more than 100k of the leads here. I will go ahead and submit this as a feature request for the moment however.
thx Luis! Ya if that's the case being able to exclude multiple table could be really helpful!
