How to Check and Sync Companies with HubSpot CRM from Clay Table

Hi support Team, How do I check if a company on my companies table is already in my Hubspot CRM? And if they are, I'll update contact and if they aren't, I'd create a new record in Hubspot? Does Hubspot automatically sync with my clay table? Thanks.
